At my house we like to go vegan for a few meals a week to let our body have a rest from digesting heavy meals, but who wants to skimp on flavor?

There are a few things you can add to make sure your meals don't lack any flavor. First off are the condiments. Make sure you have all the condiments that you usually associate with deliciousness. Mayo, mustard, pickles and jalapenos are on my list. Then just build your meal around the veggies you love.

Don't try to over do it and add a bunch of veggies that you are unsure about. I suggest only adding one new flavor so you can pull it out of the meal if it is gonna ruin it for you. Here's the full recipe for the Veggie Wrap and Home Made Potato Chips-

Wrap Ingredients:
Tortillas- any roll-able kind will do.
Cheese- you can do vegan or regular. I chose vegan smoked gouda.
May and Mustard
Sliced cucumbers
Ribbon pealed carrots
Mixes lettuce and baby spinach
Sprouts of any kind
Wheatgrass
Pickles
Jalapenos
(I usually add avocado and black olives but I didn't have any at home.)

I love making ribbons with veggies. It mixes up the size and texture of what you are eating and it make it different and fun.

Don't be afraid to grab what veggies you have in the fridge and just throw it all together in a wrap or soup or stir fry.

Instructions:
I like to heat up the tortilla quick on on e side and then flip to put the cheese on. It helps to melt the cheese faster and more evenly.
Then put on your mayo and mustard.
Layer all of your veggies with the smaller ones on the inside so they don't roll out and away as easy. Wrap up and enjoy!

Potato chip ingredients:
1 potato
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon powdered onion
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons powdered garlic
I sometimes like to use smoked paprika but I had the smoked flavor in my wrap so I opted out this time.

Instructions:
Wash and then slice potatoes thin by hand or with mandolin.
Put slices in a bowl and cover with the olive oil and spices.
Massage and mix thoroughly.
Spread out on a nonstick or coated cookie sheet in a single layer.
(Don't over crowd or layer or they won't crisp up.)
Cook in the oven on convection or air fry at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Then flip over and cook for 10 more mins. Adjust time to desired crispiness.
Let cool and enjoy.
