Most Welcoming Places on Earth

Traveler Review Awards for 2025 were recently released based on 360 million people who posted about places they have visited. That is more people then live in the entire United States. They gave awards for the most welcoming locations.

These are the 13th annual awards given out by the site Bookings.com. The reviews are verified and totaled and had to have at least and 8 out of 10.

Cities and regions throughout the world won for the most welcoming including Sigiriya, Sri Lanka at the top followed locations in Spain and Brazil. They also looked at the most welcoming places in the United States.

If you really want welcoming, visit St. Augustine, Florida. This city made all of the lists including the worldwide one. I visited this place earlier this year and they definitely cater to visitors. If you go there, spend the money for the bus tour. It will make you want to write a positive review.
